Our take
I was skeptical about a converter for my adjustable dumbbells, but the Dualbell set works as advertised. The Nylon 66 connectors feel sturdy, and the collars hold plates securely on my 1-inch bars. It's a clever way to turn a pair of dumbbells into a makeshift barbell for rows or curls. The included storage bag is a nice touch for keeping everything organized. That said, the individual components are light—2.5 lbs total—so you're paying for the convenience, not weight. Also, it's specific to standard 1" bars; if you have an Olympic bar, this won't fit. For home gym enthusiasts with a collection of 1-inch plates, it's a space-saving solution, but the price feels a bit steep for what's essentially plastic connectors and collars.
